We accept all methods of payment including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque and Postal Order.
Customers in the USA can also use JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Our Payment gateways are designed to be PCI compliant, 64-bit encrypted and served via SSL/TLS security.
We are also able to accept cash should you wish to come to our premises and collect your order.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.
Prices
Prices may be listed in GB Pounds Sterling, USA Dollar or Euros depending on your location. The price includes any sales taxes or VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice at our discretion.
Postage and packaging charges
All postage and packaging charges are clearly visible when purchasing. At the checkout stage a full breakdown of the order detailing postage costs will be visible to you. Postage charges will vary depending on the location of delivery address. Non-UK addresses will incur higher delivery charges.

Delivery charges
We always endeavour to have your order delivered in the shortest possible time. In most cases first class post or next day courier is used. We reserve the right to use other posting methods where deemed appropriate.
If your order does not arrive
If your order does not arrive you need to inform us immediately so we can track and trace the whereabouts of your order and arrange its delivery or for a replacement to be sent out. In cases where a delivery company permanently loses an order it is our responsibility to seek compensation from the courier and replace missing goods.
Please note: We will not be held responsible if you have entered an incorrect address, however will work with our delivery suppliers for the best resolution possible.
If your order is damaged
In cases where couriers break or damage your order we require immediate notification so we can process a damage claim with our couriers. Damaged items will be replaced by us at our expense. Damaged goods will be collected by our couriers if required.
Although our coffee is sourced from the world’s finest roasters, it is still a natural substance and therefore subject to natural variation in terms of colour, taste and consistency. The tasting notes and characteristics of the coffee are supplied to us by the roasters and also dependent on how it is made. Therefore Specialty Coffee Home Ltd do not take responsibility or guarantee the tasting notes or characteristics of the coffees from our suppliers.
In the event of a complaint about the coffee Specialty Coffee Home Ltd reserve the right to obtain a second opinion from the roaster/supplier.
Unwanted returns
If you are not happy with the quality of your coffee please contact us and we will endeavour to find an appropriate solution. Unopened purchases may be returned to us within 14 days for a full refund. We will not reimburse return postage costs. We will process your refund once the goods have been received back by Specialty Coffee Home Ltd. Any opened purchases will not be refunded unless proven to be faulty.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his/her cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed online by the Customer and therefore it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct subscription level is set for their required choice. The cancellation of subscriptions is the responsibility of the Customer. Subscriptions will only be honoured when the stored payment method is successful at collecting payment. If the Customer wishes to cancel or modify a subscription this can be done by either logging in to the website, and navigating to “My Account” on the footer menu or contacting us directly.
Complaints
Specialty Coffee Home Ltd will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and fully respond within 20 working days.
